    "There was an immediate response when I called. My work was scheduled and complete within 24 hours (on a bank holiday weekend too!). Everything (the booking and the repair) was very friendly, efficient, helpful and informative (explaining the problem clearly and what was required to fix it). Excellent timekeeping (even arriving slightly early). The defective parts were duly replaced and the overflow stopped. Job (very) well done - I'd certainly use them again."

    "I posted my urgent job on Easter Sunday and within minutes Jordan called me to offer their services for the job. Martin the engineer turned up in 4 hours, assessed the problem, explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. Both Jordan and Martin were clear about the process and cost. I would contact them again especially for an emergency"

    "Fantastic customer service from the start. Charlotte was amazing from the initial phone call and subsequent booking of work. Was assured from the very start that I made the right choice by choosing 0800 Homefix. James arrived the next day and carried out the work with great efficiency, provided open and transparent communication. There was no forced work additions like you receive from other companies. Overall, I will definitely use 0800 Homefix in the future. Great service from start to finish. More than happy and would highly recommend"
