"I couldn’t be happier with the work Torrin and his team did. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely impressive. Communication was clear and timely, the quote was fair and every part of the job was completed with care and attention to detail which made it all worth it. They arrived on time, kept the site tidy, and the quality of the craftsmanship really shows my roof looks fantastic. You can tell they take pride in their work, and that makes all the difference. "Excellent work in cold January weather. Key areas I was impressed with: 1. Torrin, got up onto our roof and inspected it in great detail, taking images and video to effectively diagnose the issue. — We had, had two previous quotes- both of whom had looked only from the ground and so didn’t establish what the issue was correctly. -Both previous quotes had told us it would be extremely hard to get to the problem area on our roof (it’s located above a large Perspex pergola) yet Torrin was up their within moments of arriving! -Torrin did everything he could to maximise value for us. I really felt he, and the team went the extra mile. -The company have a high work ethic and attention to detail was fantastic. They cleaned each of our tiles individually. -They were punctual, very tidy and extremely efficient. -Torrin has a great attitude to life in general, he wants to work hard and build a reputation of quality and value. I thoroughly recommend this company and wish them well."
