AA Cooper Plumbing and Heating was established in 2008 by Ashley Cooper with an ethos of traditional values with a modern approach.
We are a family run business that currently employ 14 staff all of which are friendly, reliable and trustworthy tradesmen. We cover all of South East London, Kent, East Sussex and surrounding areas.
AA Cooper are a large local company specialising in plumbing, heating and bathroom installations. As we are a large local company we are usually able to carry out work quickly and efficiently. We consider no job too big or too small, from a dripping tap to a boiler replacement to a full bathroom refurbishment we always aim to exceed your expectations.
As most of our work comes through recommendation our team are specifically trained to treat all our customers properties as homes, not houses which helps us maintain an excellent relationship with our customers.

"Absolutely fantastic from start to finish and we have already recommended Ashley and his lovely team to family and friends! We had an en-suite fully renovated and our family bathroom tiled and decorated - while there were a few inevitable snags that arose, these were addressed promptly and professionally. Both bathrooms look perfect and we’re so happy with the quality of the work. Finally, Ashley is super-responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer or more accommodating person to work with. So happy we went with AA Cooper - we will definitely use them again for our remaining en-suite and cloakroom!"

"AA Cooper had great reviews, so I hired them for a bathroom improvement job in Jan 2025. The trader provided a professional assessment and a competitive quote (#7259), which I accepted. The colleague who came did a quality job, but I was shocked to receive an invoice 30% higher than the agreed price (#10467). The office left a voicemail stating the job took longer, but the scope never changed, and there were no delays on my end. When I raised concerns, I was sent back and forth between the office and the trader with no resolution. Despite my efforts to negotiate fairly, AA Cooper insisted on the extra charge. I paid, but I won’t be using them again. A shame, as the work was good—but trust matters."
Trader reply: "We provided an itemised estimate for x3 small plumbing jobs advising how many hours were allocated for each job. Whilst conducting the work we called the customer to advise that an additional 2 hours were required to complete the work and this would be added to the final invoice., this was partly due to the products the customer supplied which meant adjusting the existing plumbing to fit the new supplied goods. All work was completed to a high standard and we charged for the time it took. If you have any after sales questions then please do not hesitate to contact us, Kind regards AA Cooper LTD"

"We used A A Cooper to refurbish our bathroom in our flat after reading good reviews. The job involved ripping out the old and fitting new. This was very messy at times but the area was kept clean and swept. The guys were courteous and explained clearly what was involved. The works were started and finished on time and the area cleaned thoroughly. Inevitable snags were dealt with efficiently. The work was done to a very high standard. We would recommend this company for bathroom work."
