"Thomas came round when we needed a quote to fit a dry verge to the two gable ends of our three story house and remove moss from the north facing front of the roof. He gave me a quote on the spot then he came round a couple of days later with the written quote. A few weeks later the scaffolding was erected .The job was delayed slightly due to severe weather but the following week Thomas and his team of 4 got stuck into the job and completed it in a couple of days. The finished job looks very sleek and Thomas’s suggestion to go for the continuous dry verge paid off. We are certainly pleased with the end result and certainly recommend Thomas and his team."

"Initially the trader said he, was doing the work and understood that I wanted a neat tidy job to put right the mess and uneven slabs that I was left with. Later he said those who were coming were nice men which they were. They evenly laid the slabs and I thought it was a good job done, by this time it was almost dark. I was told that “when it rained all the small debris and fine gravel would disappear. This was not the case. The more it rained the worse it got. The trader turned up unexpectedly for payment on 3rd Jan. I pointed out that one slab was scratched where it was cut and the gravel looked dirty. There is also a piece of membrane sticking out on the other side. He didn’t comment. On 3rd Feb I rang him and told him I was not satisfied. He said he would have a look. He did not come. Eventually he said he would “leave a few bags of gravel”. None has arrived."
