BBK Bathrooms

"I was given a start date of 03/02/25. It then got put back to the 10/02/25, as delayed at previous job. No one actually arrived until 13/02/25! Since then, I've received 6 visits, over 22 days, totaling about 30 hours, and the installation still isn't finished!! It's only a small toilet I'm having renovated, consisting of toilet and wash basin, with the corresponding furniture and worktops. Tiling of walls, and removal and replacement of a radiator. My installer is contracted by a third party. Unfortunately, it's the third party that will get the bad name, whereas in reality it's BBK Installer that's at fault."

Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. You organised for the work to be completed through a large third party chain. When I first attended your property it became clear that the drawings were wrong and not what you had agreed with them, this caused the first delay. It was just as frustrating for me as it was for you. The second delay was caused by the radiator having a fault on the thermostat which then had to be returned after I had fitted it. The third delay was due to the basin having a chip in it and the third party taking ten days to replace it. These problems were completely out of my control and were the fault of the third party. I understand how frustrating this was for both of us but I did my best to help by agreeing to put in units that were not part of the original work and cutting them to fit and also spending four hours on a Sunday waiting for the water company to come to turn the water off. I also have not been paid for the work completed and the hours worked."
