"Liam the boss and Lawrence the engineer were very knowledgeable and explained what was needed to carry out a full service on our oil fired boiler. With some parts needing replacing, the work was carried out over a couple of days. Lawrence arrived at the scheduled time and was very polite and considerate. He spent time explaining what the issues were ans how they were being rectified. There was a further problem found which involved having to and obtain additional parts. Once back at the property the problem was fixed there was no additional charge."

"I have used Bear Plumbing for the few years, always very impressed by their professionalism and the quality of work. We had two bathrooms completely stripped back and re-done. Liam is experienced and happy to talk through options and solutions. Drew, who completed the majority of the project was professional, tidy and always checked in at each stage. "When a boiler stops working you want to be sure that its going to be sorted out as soon as possible and be confident that the work will be carried out professionally. When Robert from BEAR P,H&T Ltd arrived to check out the problem, I was immediately confident that I could trust his opinion and work ethic and he didn't let me down. Robert turned up bang on time to carry out the work and did not seem to tire even though the boiler replacement was in the attic. Thanks Rob for the gift of heat and hot water. Also thanks to Liam for doing a great job on the flue. I would definitely use BEAR again and be happy to recommend them."
