We are not plumbers we are heating experts, We only install the very best boilers available to give you the best system for reliability efficiency and comfortability
We are a family run business, that provide gas and heating requirements to our customers in Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Our services include: domestic and commercial gas Installations breakdowns & servicing, we also offer a commercial catering installation and repair service.
We carry a large amount of stock, so many boilers can be fixed on the first visit.
Our engineers are fully qualified in accordance with the Gas Safe Register and always work to best practices, giving you the peace of mind that whoever is working in your home or business is fully qualified to be carrying out the work to the highest of standards.

"Another excellent visit from Chelmsford Gas Services, this time for a boiler service. They have become my go-to firm for such maintenance aspects due to their politeness, support and quality. Bam and Connor were polite throughout, undertook the full boiler service including cleaning any aspects as necessary. They kindly provided advice to a couple of other queries I had. Connor also thought to ask whether the part he fitted on a previous job (radiator) was doing ok (it is)."

"Chelmsford Gas Services installed our boiler three years ago and have been back each year to service it. The service engineer today was very polite and well mannered. He left the area around the boiler very clean and tidy and was respectful of our property. I am very happy to recommend CGS and will continue to use them in the future."

"All the staff at Chelmsford Gas Services are very helpful & supportive. They are always busy but make time to go the extra mile. I recall they helped me when they came out to me the day before my Mum's funeral, a few years ago. They were busy but they sorted the immediate problem for me & booked in to general service very soon after. Since then I have always used them. I had my boiler changed 6 years ago to a combi boiler & had very little mess to contend with. I had a minor issue with the heating turning on during a heat wave but it turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat! No charge for coming out to check for me. Always polite & helpful, I fully recommend their work!"

"The engineer returned today to install a sealant into my heating system aiming to resolve an ongoing problem with the boiler pressure dropping. I now have to monitor. I have a gas service plan with the company they service the boiler annually & any additional repairs. They respond quickly with an appointment & follow up in my case. Engineer friendly & professional Highly recommend"
