"We had a charging pot issue and booked a Con-Fused engineer in for repair. He came in, opened the fuse unit, said it's burnt and he doesn't have parts to fix it, then left. This whole process literally took 10 minutes and he charged us £108 for it!! He wrote on his report that he spent 30 minutes at my property, but he was only on-site for the 10 minutes, then he sat in his car for the rest of the time before he left, and charged us for all that! We complained that he's charged one hour's cost for repair while he only just spent 10 minutes and took a look with no repair done whatsoever. He said the office can deduct this one hour cost from the new quote they will send us for the actual repair, and the new quote will be provided to us within hours. We waited for a whole day with no response, and the new quote is the same price as another engineer quoted us, so they did not deduct the one hour from the quote at all! Highly unprofessional. The worst electrician I've ever had."
