Luke - Image 1 "Drew visited three times prior to starting the bathroom work on our Narrowboat, to be sure he was clear on what we wanted as it was his first Narrowboat bathroom fit out. "Drew has a network that allows him to complete more than just plumbing work and that has been really helpful. He seems to have gone through my property from top to bottom making sure issues are fixed. He's been highly communicative and friendly throughout. This is what my tenants said about Drew: Drew and team were excellent. Worked to a very high standard. We were kept up to date with plans. He always arrived when he said he would. Cleared rubbish then swept driveway. Left everywhere clean and tidy. He went above and beyond to help us as we are unable to move things due to medical conditions. Very professional and approachable if we had any queries. I would highly recommend."

Daren - Image 1 "Drew was very full throughout the whole process advising on different ways of doing things that helped us fit everything into the room that we wanted. The whole process was seamless from the start to the finish. We would leave him to crack on with the work while we were at work ourselves, when we got home he would be cleaning up and kept us upto date with what work would be done each day. Overall we are made up with the work Drew has completed for us everything was done to a strict time line and the results are amazing. Thank you so much Drew you have done a great job here. We would really recommend that you contact Drew at Desired homes for your next project"

"Drew identified the root cause(s) of my concealed cistern leak, explained them in simple terms and suggested possible solutions. Completely replacing the cistern took an hour and he improved on the overall ergonomics and access for maintenance."
