"Danny replaced a thermostatic shower bar as the flow and temperature cartridges had failed on the old one. Before he arrived, he explained that he was running late and called to apologise, with an updated ETA. Once onsite, he talked me through the job and got started. Dan asked me what I wanted to do when he encountered an issue due to the previous installer’s liberal use of glue, explaining the issue and the options clearly. Choice made, he proceeded to complete the job without fuss, even phoning me from upstairs so as not to set the dog off barking again. The new shower bar is spot on and he asked to take the old bar away - great customer service, efficient, and friendly. I’d highly recommend Dan and will certainly be using his services again in the future."

Baz - Image 1 "I was very pleased with Dan's work. He arrived on time, explained the work involved and any additional parts that were needed, as the outlet pipe was old and too big for our needs. The water pipe connection needed altering and Dan got a new pipe for that as well. I was very impressed with the work in taking the old toilet out and new toilet in. many thanks 5 star service"
