    "called east coast appliances as my washing machine and tumble dryer had stopped working I had seen they have good reviews and they do not lie. they pre diagnosed both of my machines over the phone and my washing machine I could do myself and saved me an extra charge but the tumble dryer I could not so they gave me an estimate over the phone and it was very well priced the engineers Doug and Tyler arrived within 2 days of the call within the 2 hour time slot and was very professional and fixed my tumble dryer within 45 minutes I am very happy with the service provided and will recommend to friends and family and definitely use them again!"

    "I called East Coast Appliances as my Bosch Dishwasher came up with a E15 error code, Doug knew exactly what the fault was and what was required to repair it. He visited the next day with the parts and repaired it. Doug was friendly, polite and efficient. 10/10 service. Will definitely be recommending East Coast Appliances to friends and family."

    "Our Zanussi washing machine was examined and after discussion with Douglas, I decided it would be more viable to purchase a new machine. After constructive advice from Douglas I chose a Bosch Serie 2 as a replacement. Douglas arrived yesterday and took away the old machine and fitted our new one. The whole process was professionally managed from start to finish. Douglas takes pride in his job and I wish him and his company every success."

    "Called Doug as my oven wouldn't heat and kept tripping the electrics, he gave me a rough idea of the cost and booked in for the next day, fitted the parts and stuck to his estimated cost. Doug was friendly and efficient, would 100% recommend this company. 10/10 service"
