The managing director of ELR Plumbing & Heating (Edward Rowe), started off as a young plumbing apprentice at sixteen years old; once qualified and with experience under his belt he bought a van and decided to take a chance on becoming self-employed - he built the company up from there, and the rest is history.

    "Very punctual and fantastic communication from Eddie .. Leak was in fact from washing machine so no work carried out as such just paid a call out fee of 40 pounds"
