Empire Glass are a leading family-owned glazing contractor, glass merchant, processor and decorator with offices based just off Bermondsey Street and factory located in the village of Laddingford, a stones throw from Tonbridge.

We`re open Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm assisting domestic, commercial and construction customers across every London postcode providing free site surveys, expert advice and emailed quotations so feel free to get in touch as we`re always happy to help, even if its just for advice.

Empire are one of only a handful of “proper” glazing companies exclusively undertaking glazing projects, regarding glass, we do it all. Our works are wide ranging from a small single glazed window on behalf of a domestic customer through to a replacement high rise double glazed unit or 100 shower doors for a large hotel chain in London’s West End. We have the means and expertise at our disposal to tackle most projects.

We specialise in the supply and installation of secondary glazing from a single window to an entire building for both domestic and commercial customers. Our secondary glazing can be manufactured in any RAL colour combined with a range of glasses in either toughened or laminated safety glasses. Our frames can be supplied in either a slimline section or with a luxury timber sub-frame. We can also ease and adjust your existing hardware, if that's what's required, without the need for replacement parts.

We operate from our own custom built 5000sqf factory bursting with the latest machinery providing an extensive range of processed glasses such as:

Our decorated glass division produces the finest custom products on either a supply only or supply and install basis. Our decorated products range from custom domestic door plaques, door fanlights (above your front door), sprayed glass wall claddings, splashbacks and commercial wall signage and branding. Our products can be decorated to match or compliment literally any colour such as your existing wall, door and window frames. Our decorated glass division are proud members of "Made in Britain" an organisation championing British businesses across the world.

Our decorated glass products use one, or a combination, of the following processes with great effect such as:

Sandblast, Deep Sandblast, Spraying, Satin/Acid, Glue Chipping and Gold Leaf.......

We mix glass paint at the factory providing colour matching from all the leading manufacturers such as Dulux, Crown, Valspar, Leyland, Sanderson and Farrow and Ball through to boutique manufacturers such as Zoffany, Little Green, Benjamin Moore, Fired Earth, Fenwick and Tillbrook, Eico and Dulux Heritage.

Empire take training, safety and appearance seriously, as such, all glaziers are trained in all the following disciplines: First Aid, Ladder Trained, IPAF, PASMA and CSCS.
