"Mark and Don were great, fit us in last minute to ensure the plumbing work was completed prior to the floor install. We had an unknown problem with a wall, this wasn’t too much trouble, a solution was found and the guys came back promptly to finish the job to a great standard. Highly recommend."

"Mark may have saved my life and life of my visiting family! I had a new boiler system installed that started playing up the very first week of installation. I have been back and forth with the company who charged me a fortune for the new installation with no luck. Mark came out to carry out my two years new boiler service and to my surprise my entire system had to be condemned due to very poor and unsafe installation and possible carbon monoxide poisoning we have been ingesting that could have lead to an explosion. It to Mark and Don days to rectify the entire issue. It did cost me a small fortune for Mark and Don to rectify the problems but I now have peace of mind and I now feel safe again in my home. I was presented with all the necessary fault reports to take this further and up to date paperworks to go forward from here on. Everything was explained in details. I would recommend these guys anytime! They are true life savers."

"Replacement of tap cartridge on bath hot tap. Removed tap head, visited two suppliers to collect replacement, returned and fitted it. Tested OK. Second cartridge in pack left as a spare for the other tap. All completed in just over an hour including travel."
