"Turned up late, left me without heating and said, ‘I’ll see if the plumber can come back to you to sort’! Expensive and unhelpful. Not willing to give a refund or partial refund for the incompetent work. I would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. When we first arrived at your property, we diagnosed the fault as being a diverter valve on boiler we had one on the van, so we fitted it, unfortunately it was not the correct valve so we arranged to come the following day with correct part. The next day you called us and cancelled the visit, and we gave you a refund for the further work that needed doing as you said you had another engineer. To say we have done incompetent work is not correct and a refund was given to you except for the first visit as we diagnosed the issue correctly on your boiler. If you have any after-sales questions then please do not hesitate to contact us, Kind regards Home Heat UK Ltd"

"I would not recommend this trader. I paid high price for a call out to be left a week without hot water or heating.. read all other reviews before committing. No customer service at all and don’t welcome callers after taken money. Left with new issue that would require another call out and more parts."

"They were called out to fix a leaking washing machine feed tap. He removed the plastic handle and nipped it up with an adjustable spanner. Overnight this failed and wet the kitchen so much the floor was lifting. What I thought they would do is replace the valve! I was charged £221 for this!!! It then cost me to dry out the floor and replace."
