Drew - Image 1 "Ian and his team completed a partial garage conversion for us. From the outset, Ian was friendly and professional. He kept us informed of work progress and what was going to be done each day, asking us questions as needed for various decisions that needed to be made. The work itself was excellent and it was clear that Ian wanted us to be completely happy with the work completed, going the extra mile in certain situations. We would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again."

SUSAN - Image 1 "We highly recommend Ian Rice Building Ltd. We were badly let down by architect plans for our small extension but Ian came up with solutions that satisfied Building Control and saved out sanity! He went over and above to get things sorted with structural engineers despite being away on holiday. He earned huge respect and confidence in the way that he handled the situation he found himself in. We cannot fault the workmanship."
