"Our shower has been blocked since we moved in 2 years ago, we kept calling ASPECT and Dynorod to unblock the pipe. Told it was poor plumbing under the shower tray and accepted our fate, kept paying extortionate rates to have the drain unblocked of hair and debris, which I felt could not cause such extreme blockages. Ivan unblocked the shower, took off a shallow panel and cut the pipe to make a new roding chamber and within the waste pipe (very tight space) he took the pipe apart and discovered a Childs bath toy and other items and removed them. We now shower without worry. Thank you Ion!"

"Ion was a lifesaver! He's super friendly, knowledgeable, and really knows his stuff. The quote was straightforward, and he explained everything clearly over the phone. His prices were fair, and he unclogged our bathroom pipes in no time. He's a clean worker and left our bathroom looking better than ever. I'd definitely recommend him."

"Ion is fantastic. He is prompt, courteous, accommodating, and very professional. We got a free quote over the phone quick and easy with pictures. He arrived a few days later fully kitted out including booties for his shoes, a mat to place his tools on and everything else. Our new tap looks and works great. We'll definitely use him again for any plumbing. I'm really glad we ended up with him as we've had issues before with plumbers in London in the past, but Ion is perfect."
