Alex - Image 1 "J&s are just brilliant! Always use them wouldn’t go elsewhere. Boiler playing up Saturday they visited Monday and new boiler was installed Tuesday. Excellent advice given re the issues with the old boiler and that it would be more cost effective to put in a new one ( 15years old so wasn’t surprised!) Thanks Tom for being great"

"Paul, Fitim, and the entire team were fantastic. We recently worked with Pinnacle on a rear extension, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. You often hear that major building projects come with challenges, but honestly, the experience with the Pinnacle team was smooth, timely, and problem-free. From the very start, they put us at ease with their professionalism, clear communication, and reassuring approach. Their quote was also both realistic and comprehensive. Throughout the process, they maintained excellent communication and were patient and understanding. They provided a detailed and well-thought-out schedule, and they stuck to it. We feel incredibly relieved and happy to have had such a positive experience. We absolutely love our new extension; it has completely transformed our house and the way we live in the space. "We recently had a full bathroom renovation by Tom & his team, who were all excellent from start to finish. At the initial visitation, Tom not only understood our requirements but also provided useful guidance and expertise for us as first time renovators. He was able to start the job relatively quickly. The renovation process ran to time, and all of the various trades Tom brought in were punctual, friendly and of top quality. Communication was also excellent throughout and we were consulted on all decisions made which was highly appreciated. Would recommend Tom & his team to all!"
