    "A measure of a good contractor is how they respond to a follow up request after initial work was completed. An issue with the guttering was dealt with same day by Joseph’s team (even though the problem was a blockage not caused by anything in the original work they carried out). I highly recommend JM Contractors for all roof and guttering work!"

    "We had an issue with our roof that caused a persistent leak, and Joseph and the team at JM came to the rescue. From the start, Joseph was responsive and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. The team quickly identified the source of the leak and carried out the repairs efficiently. They also checked for any additional weak spots to prevent future problems. The care and attention to detail were impressive, and they left the sight clean and tidy. Highly recommended."

    Rachel - Image 1 "Joseph and his team replaced our gutters, facias & soffits in March 2024. We were so happy with this that we trusted them to replace our tiled roof in February 2025. The team work efficiently, professionally and left our property with a smart result and the workspace neat and tidy. Quotation was at a fair price and similar to others we received. Joseph kept us in the loop of when the job was likely to take place, some delays to the start of the job but we were politely updated over a WhatsApp. We would recommend this company to friends - they clearly care about doing the job well."

    "Poor quality felt in the roof was leading to condensation issues, so we found JM through this site, who provided the best quote and looked the most professional, for felt replacement and extra and replacement ventilation, as that was also lacking. Completed to schedule and budget, despite problems being discovered once the roof tiles were off. We've recommended them to our neighbour with the same issue."
