    John Francis - Image 1 "I can heartily recommend K&M Building Services. We had a leak in our upstairs shower and water was pouring through the ceiling below. Ramin said he would come and have a look at it. He arrived on time, and talked me through what he was going to do. When he discovered the source of the leak, he took out all the sealant and gave me options as to how to proceed as the existing tiles didn’t meet the shower tray. We decided to fit a pvc trim/skirting above the tray which was much less expensive than retiling. He completed the work in a day. What I liked about Ramin was that he talked me through his thought processes, gave me updates during the day, and proposed a good solution. He even checked in the following day to make sure the leak had stopped! He was neat and tidy, and is a very nice person to deal with. It was a small job but he did a great job, and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. John Francis, Bletchingley, Surrey"

    "Ramin has now competed two ceiling repairs for me after water damage. One at my community centre and one at my home. Both times the work has been excellent. High quality and delivered as expected and on time. Ramin was incredibly professional and polite with great attention to detail. Communication was great, work was as agreed and everything left clean and tidy. Thank you very much."
