Based in Liverpool, MEIJ Renovations Ltd has over 18 years’ experience in damp proofing. We have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises.
We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.
Damp proofing isn’t always straight forward. Our team of experts will diagnose the source of the damp and provide you with a report on recommended measures to treat it.

- Image 11 - Efflorescence salts, appears when water evaporates from the wall. They have a crystalised, chalky appearance and feel grainy to touch. Salt efflorescence on internal walls is made up of a mix of calcium carbonate, sodium and potassium.

"I was recommended MEIJ Renovations LTD by a friend. They corrected some damp issues we had on the landing and then plastered our hall and landing including the ceiling. Bearing in mind our landing walls are nearly the full length of our house so not easy to access especially the ceiling. Extremely professional, all areas were covered everyday and new coverings were replaced. Plus they also cleaned at the end of each day, you would not know they had been in the house only for the plaster and that on the walls. Quote was very reasonable, and the date for the plastering etc was given within 24 hours. Superb communication at all times too. Highly recommend MEIJ Renovations. You will not be disappointed with the work and cleanliness. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again Clare"

Sarah - Image 1 "Adam complete damp works at my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Adam demonstrated a high level of professionalism. His in-depth knowledge of damp issues was evident, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the process and what was required every step of the way. What stood out most was Adam’s approach to customer service. He was incredibly approachable and made me feel at ease, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His communication was excellent. In terms of the work itself, Adam and his team were exceptional. They worked with great attention to detail, delivering results to a very high standard. The quality of the work was beyond my expectations, and the team maintained a very clean and tidy workspace. I highly recommend Adam for any damp-related issues or works.
