With more than 20 years’ experience in the trade the landscape gardeners at MI Property Maintenance provide outstanding landscaping services to commercial and domestic customers in Warrington, Wigan, St Helen's and incorporating a 40-mile radius.
We are a reliable firm of gardeners and are proud of the great eye for detail and unrivalled knowledge and experience of our team. No two garden designs are the same which means that every project undertaken by MI Property Maintenance has its own unique twist making it eye catching, functional and easy to maintain.
Each landscape gardener will take the time to get to know their customer so that they can establish their needs and wants. "Mark and his team including Jay were friendly reliable and trustworthy. They worked hard from morning to t time using all the best materials and tools. The garden turned out better than I imagined, I'm really pleased with the overall job, which included taking away all the old grass levelling and relaying a new lawn. He also cut out a new step up to the garden and fitted sleepers to edge both sides of the step. Jay edged the side of my long planter to tie it in with the overall look of the garden. A fantastic overall job thank you so much. I would recommend Mark and his team to anybody who is thinking of having garden work done. He even took away in his van some old things I had for the tip. A special mention to Mark Junior who helped with any tasks he could manage he is a credit to his dad a very hard working polite young man Thanks a lot to you all."

Very good price and the work quality is great. Would highly recommend. Also very low maintenance i kept checking if they wanted a brew, think i only made two the entire time. Mat"
