At N H Plumbing & Heating Services we understand the importance of a prompt and genuine service. From the outset we will communicate timescales and costs as accurately as possible working honestly and openly with our customers throughout any project.
Unlike many other companies we operate a one-hour appointment system which means that we guarantee to arrive at your property within the hour specified. The result of this is that our customers do not find themselves having to wait around for three or four hours for a plumber to arrive. If we do not arrive within that hour and you have not received a call from our office to explain why then we will reduce the cost of our first hour of labour by 10%! We also offer to call ahead to let you know we're on our way!
We want customers to feel comfortable with us working in their homes and so all our tradesmen are chosen based on their interpersonal skills as well as their ability to complete the task in hand effectively.

"Nick was very helpful attending a leak at short notice to help us out of a situation. Despite it being a challenging job with a high likelihood of making a mess of the bathroom Nick was able to resolve the problem, salvage our existing fittings and get everything back looking fine which is a testament to his skill. Really great attitude and would highly recommend."

"I called Nick and within 5 minutes he was at my door ready to look at the job, I found him to be very open & honest about the situation and he got started on the work straight away, explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. I was very comfortable having Nick in my house and he even made time to greet and have a little chat with my son who was intrigued by what was going on, the bathroom was spotless upon completion and he even spent time giving me advice on future maintenance that I may need to do, he was a pleasure to have around and the quality of his work was 10/10, he's definitely my first port of call for future plumbing needs."

"Absolutely 1st class, we had a list of issues all round the house, which some required urgent attention. He went the extra mile and more, also giving us advice, which we greatly appreciated. It was a fair cost, considering the day and age we are in, and how expensive it can be. So I felt the cosy was more than reasonable, considering the work done. Very happy customer and will be using him again got anything we need"
