"I have just had a new kitchen installed and am very happy with it. Although some of the smaller parts were delayed in arriving Richard kept me informed of this and once they were available he arrived promptly to install them. Richard was always polite and professional and happy to answer any questions I had. He was careful to keep mess to a minimum and cleaned up after he'd finished each day. I would definitely choose him to do more work in the future."

"Richard re-did our utility and downstairs toilet. He was professional, completed the work to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. I could not be more thrilled with the end result. It's not often that work to the house exceeds expectations, but it's much better than I ever imagined. Richard came up with innovative solutions to the issues we had, showing real craftsmanship! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family."

"Richard (Nook Kitchens and Bathrooms) was absolutely superb. He has been so easy to deal with - he was quick to visit, quick to quote, checked through the detail very carefully to ensure nothing in the quote was missing right through to finding a slot to fit our new bathroom. His tidiness, attention to detail and communication through-out has been excellent and I would have him back to do the rest of the house."

Rosie - Image 1 "Rich was a pleasure to work with and accommodating to little changes we wanted to do along the way. He ripped out an old bathtub, tiles and shower screen, re-positioned the pipes for the shower mixer, built out a box at the end of tub for tiling. Re-tiled, fitted a new extraction fan and the new shower screen. The shower screen had a small leak (not Rich’s fault) but he came back to fix it and didn’t give up until it was done. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend, in-fact he will be doing my parents bathroom next :)"
