Perryson Builders is a reliable and trusted general Building Contractor based in Northampton.
Established in 2001, Perryson Builders have provided quality and perfection, using only the best skilled tradesmen to bring our customer's dreams to reality.
The majority of Perryson Builders contracts are carried out in and around the Northampton area. We have a proven track record of delivering all our projects on time and on budget and always maintaining very high standards. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and our relationship with our clients and are confident to say ' We are a builder you can trust'.
We undertake new build projects and total refurbishment of both domestic and commercial properties. Our clients include loss adjusters, insurance companies, architects, local authorities and private homeowners. We have liability insurance of £2 Million and consider no job as too big or too small.
Our friendly workforce have been employed by Perryson Builders for many years and cover a whole range of trades including groundwork, bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, roofing, electrical works, plumbing and more.
All our estimates are prepared by our estimator or quantity surveyor.
We offer our customers the total package and take great pride in delivering projects of a high quality and standard. We do not leave the project until the customer is 100% satisfied.

Ed Clayton - Image 1 "I always recommend Bryan to others because I know he is trustworthy. I asked him to come and install a toilet and sink cabinet. This was after new carpets and Lino had been installed the day before. Everything was left spotless after. Thanks Bryan."

Matthew Robinson - Image 1 "Bryan and his son were a pleasure to deal with, from the initial call, subsequent site visit for investigating the problem and follow-up quote to the date of the work I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, responding and communicating punctually and effectively. Having had a large renovation project 2 years ago I had been left feeling somewhat disheartened and distrustful towards our previous builder and dreaded engaging a new trade based on this experience… thankfully, my faith has been restored and I would certainly ask Bryan to quote for any future works."

Terry - Image 1 "Bryan and his son took on the large project of my extension with vaulted ceiling. Bryan was always professional, down to earth and reasonable. They did all works from foundations, brick/block work, roofing, insulation, plastering and had relevant longstanding trades people for electrics etc. Price was great value for service recieved. They both were on site and was not oursourced which feeled me with comfort around my family. Works were completed on time and to a high standard. Bryan even helped prior to me comitting with advice which shows his commitment to the quality service they provide. His son was also very sound and hardworking. I would look no further than this review and just give him a call for your future works."
