Chris - Image 1 "Shocking service and quality. Initial work appeared to be ok, although took longer than stated. After less than a weeks use in the shower, the floor seal broke and the entire shower tray dropped (pic attached). Spent weeks chasing the Trader until I eventually had to contact Trust a Trader to see if they could assist. Eventually had to give up after months and have had to get another firm in to come and completely remove the shower tray and panels to rectify the poor workmanship. The base which the tray was sat on was built to a poor standard and caused the entire shower tray to drop. I had to pay for a new firm to come and rectify Renovate North East's work and am currently deeply out of pocket. Renovate North East took cash payment in December on my goodwill that he would send the sales/itemised invoice later that same week. He has never issued an invoice. It is now the middle of April."
