"Refitted toilet. Leaks in 2 places. Does not respond to calls and msgs. Thus no guarantees on work. Very pricey for poor quality of work. Did not come fully equipped with own equipment. Used mine. Was determined to finish on a certain day and rushed thru till late evening. Leaving a very poor finish. Had to insist that he clears up afterward. First tradesman ever who didn't think that he had to remove the debris."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We did agree for a cheaper price that I would leave the rubbish outside but as a good will gesture I did take the rubbish with me when I left. I also fixed a cupboard and changed a shower head for no extra cost. The customer checked over all works that was carried out and there were no issues. The customer did not pay the full invoice even though all work was completed to a high standard.
