Hello I'm Lee Cogger and welcome to Silk Render. With over 25 years’ experience in rendering, our work is of the highest quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

Two years ago one of the leading manufacturers on these rendering systems (Wetherby) liked the job I did that much that they put (Wallis house) on their main web page which is still there today, you can view this on my gallery. The orange and white tower block.

What you will also get from silk is that I personally will be doing the work not employing other people to do the work for me so there is more care that goes into the work because it is my company name at the end of the day. All I would say is give us the chance to quote you will be impressed by the way we come across.

    "The company gave us clear advice and a competitive quote for the work required. They employed a good scaffolding team and both companies were considerate of our requirements to protect our brickwork and paving.     "I had seen the quality of Lee's team's work previously on my neighbours property so was keen to get his opinion on how best to deal with our rather battered looking, cracked and often patched render. He gave a very considered assessment of what needed doing and the options available - even pointing out that on one side of the property, the render was sound and would only need a couple of coats of paint. The quote was sensible and while we waited for the work to start, communication was excellent. Once the work began, Lee and the team were great and kept us up to date with their progress, any challenges they encountered and advice on how to resolve them. The work progressed at a good pace and was finished a little ahead of schedule. With the work completed , the results are fantastic and the house looks so much better. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Lee and the team."

    Daphne - Image 1 "Work carried out was professional and well done. Communication on scheduling etc. excellent. Prompt post-work clearance of equipment and tidying up. An extra plus, Lee ( Silk Render) undertook synchronisation between himself and two other tradesmen thus ensuring a seamless execution of the project. I would happily use Lee. ( Silk Render) again and highly recommend him ."
