"Bathtub pipe was leaking and coming through living room ceiling. I was anxious and anticipating It being expensive. Simon from initial phone call to appointment was extremely informative. At the appointment Simon explained every step and showed me what work was being carried out and where the leak was and let me know how much it would cost prior to replacing pipes. Really pleased with his expertise and was happy that it did not cost as much as I had thought it could. Will use Simon for my plumbing and electrical jobs in future."

"I rang this plumber for immediate call out but he couldn't come today. However, he went over and above to help over the phone and gave us the advice and guidance we needed to resolve our immediate issue.
