"We had a leak upstairs with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. We needed a plumber ASAP and Steeles sent someone about 3.5 hours after my call. Cameron was polite and helpful - he took the time to explain what the issue was, and talked us through how he was going to fix it. It was all sorted within an hour and they have agreed to quote for another job that needs doing. No fuss, and the weekend was saved as the kitchen ceiling stayed intact."
