    "Mark replied to my enquiry within an hour of me making contact with him. We arranged a suitable time for him to come and give me a quote for the work I was looking to be done ( Ridge tiles, roof tiles, UPVC fascia’s and soffits and the dry verge) He arrived and talked through the options and priced them accordingly. He left me to think things over and at no time was there any pressure to make a decision. When we decided to go ahead with the work Mark said he would be in touch finalise a suitable day. On the day of the work Mark and his team arrived promptly at 8am and started work straight away. They worked hard all morning and were finished by early afternoon. That has now been over a month since the work was completed and I am glad to say I have had no issues. I will definitely use Mark and his team in the future for any more work that is needed to my roof and would not hesitate in recommending him to my Family and Friends."

    Tom Smith - Image 1 "Repair to my Dormer roof after storm eowyn. Mark and his team completed the job professionally within one day. From the first phone call to providing the estimate and subsequent job completion was first class. The damaged roof covering was stripped back to the timber decking. This was then covered by tongue and grooved OSB board and the rubber outer covering was adhered to the board. Mark also repaired my UPVC window edges which were also damaged and replaced a leaking gutter joint, at no extra cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any roofing requirements."

    "Messaged Total Roofing on Friday due to the storm we had. Within a couple of hours I had a reply. Guys came out the following morning, assessed the job, supplied and fitted the replacement tile before any further damage. Very happy with the service. Would definitely use the company again."

    "Couldn’t recommend more. Came and looked at the job the next day, and completed it the day after that. Everything transparent from the quote to the photos shown during the job itself. Clean, efficient and very polite and professional. Will definitely use again for future jobs! Thanks!"
