John - Image 1 "TWF Building Works has caused my family extreme deep upset, poor communication, terrible workmanship, complete disregard for the building regulators, not followed Structural & Architect drawings, left our house & drive in a dangerous & unfit manner including a window in the porch roof that makes the porch completely unfit for purpose. Looks like the porch roof tiles need to be removed as they are too small for pitch, screed floor to come up & sewer & drainage re-done, basically the porch must be knocked down & started again. Would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We have dealt with building control on the issues that the customer has listed to this review. The building control officer has only mentioned minor remedial works which is why we the customer with a £1500 remaining budget for other contractors to finish as the customer will not let us come back to this job. This customer had works done that was above and beyond our estimate and then wanted even more, this was unreasonable especially when the customer reacted unsupportive towards us when we would explain that these additional works would incur costs. This is what led to the customer relationship breakdown. Kind Regards TWF Building Works."

"We have had in total 3 pieces of work completed 1. Replacing rotten structural timbers of a external cabin which required jacking up to enable this. This was done quickly and has now ensured it is future proofed to help stop this repeating. 2. Had a laminate floor laid. Again sourced and laid professionally. 3. Custom built to our specification a home bar, due to a miscommunication this was initially not as expected but once identified it was rectified immediately and we are extremely happy with the final bar. As per about rating Tony was punctual and very tidy each day."
