We don’t just want you to take our word for it that the traders in our directory are top notch. So, why not listen to former customers instead? Our review system means that we invite anyone who has had first-hand experience with a trader listed in our directory to provide an honest review of their experience. As well as a written review, former customers are asked to rate the service that they received across six categories, including punctuality, cleanliness and quality of work. If this is not possible and the trader is found to be at fault, they will be removed from our directory immediately and blacklisted, so that they can’t re-register.
